The AHOP Ministry that has a mission to accept all without judgement and has a goal of making everyone feel accepted, has launched the AHOP Care Team. Each week, the team reaches out to the new partners to welcome them, ask them if they need prayer or anything else. Also, we ensure that all new partners have the app, upcoming activities happening in the church and any information on the Help Outreach Center.

How the AHOP Care Team works:

Every Monday – call everyone that joined AHOP at Sunday service and everyone that submitted a Care Team or visitor’s card 

Every Wednesday – Send out a welcome email to new partners.

Every Friday – Send reminder text inviting them to Sunday service 

2nd Tuesday – Reach out to new partners that have completed classes to check on them.  

4th Tuesday – Each team member calls about 5-10 people that have not been active to see if they need prayer or anything from AHOP. A list of names will be provided on the 1st Monday.
